THE Technical Conference on Linux Networking

Netdev 0.1

About

Netdev 0.1 (year 0, conference 1) is a community-driven conference geared towards Linux netheads. Linux kernel networking and user space utilization of the interfaces to the Linux kernel networking subsystem are the focus.
If you are using Linux as a boot system for proprietary networking, then this conference may not be for you.
Netdev 0.1 will be held back-to-back with the 9th netconf conference.

The conference will have:

  • Tutorials/Workshops/BoFs
  • Talks
  • Sponsor Tables/Booths. Sponsors will have the opportunity to show their work relevant to the conference theme. Sponsors will be able to share information, sell merchandise, give away goodies(highly encouraged!) etc.
  • Sponsor Technology Demos and presentations. We will have a track that is separate from the main conference where sponsors will have multiple opportunities to talk and give demos on their work relevant to the conference theme.

We expect about 3-4 parallel tracks both during tutorials/workshops/BoFs and main talks.
